The ability to guarantee your deliveries is important to us. The StreetBike waybill system automatically assigns a unique tracking number to every package.

• A unique package reference number is entered onto a StreetBike Waybill sticker at the point of pick-up. The recipient name, company address and any special delivery notes are also entered.
• When the package is delivered, the named recipient is asked to sign an integral sticker thus confirming delivery.
• If the recipient is not available to sign for the package, StreetBike will contact you for Permission to Post. If the package is to be received by the named recipient only and they cannot be found, or we cannot obtain permission to post, we will hold onto the package until either criteria is fulfilled, or return to the address later in that day.
• The signed confirmation of delivery sticker is then archived at StreetBike, for future reference.
