office, specifically chosen to provide the best
service possible.

StreetBikes:
Can bikes get across town
as fast as other vehicles?
According to the Department of Transport, the
average speed of motor vehicles over the last
year in London was 11mph! StreetBikers are professional
cyclists who would not be happy if they were traveling
at less than15mph.
As you'll know from experience, couriers using
motor vehicles are constantly delayed by traffic
congestion and those that aren't are probably
breaking the law and jumping red lights to get
where they're going faster.
StreetBikers do NOT break the law or rules of
the road. They don't have to because they can
get around Town faster than the competition without
endangering themselves or other road users/ pedestrians.
What load capacity do the
bikes have?
Each StreetBike can carry up to 21 kilos at a
time. If you have any doubts about whether we
can carry your package, please use the call back
service on www.StreetBike.net or ask your StreetBiker
the next time they come to do a collection.
Packages:
What if the pickup address
is not in our office?
No problem, just enter the correct pickup address
in the pickup field, in place of your own and
weÕll do as you ask.
How do I book a wait and
return job?

on the 'Client Ref' section within the on-line
order form. If we have a query about the on-line
order we will call you immediately.

for a later collection?
In the 'Delivery Notes' section of the
on-line order form, please enter the time you
wish the package to be collected.

is too heavy for StreetBike?
StreetBikes can carry amazing loads, (laptops,
hoovers, boxes of paper, you name it in fact).
If in any doubt at all about our ability to carry
your package, please use the call back service
on the site and we can discuss.
What if my package is fragile?
StreetBike has carried computers and laptops across
London with no damage to the goods, but it is

Do I need to confirm package
value before using StreetBike?
StreetBike is insured for packages up to the value
of £2,000/package. However, StreetBike would advise

are fully insured to give peace of mind to our

For overnight deliveries, the StreetBike charges

more favourable as we don't charge according to
the weight of the package and will come into your
office to make a collection at a time that suits
you towards the end of the day.

of StreetBike's delivery area?
StreetBike delivers in London, from Acton in the

that StreetBike has delivered the item safely,
including the time delivered for your records.

General:
What do I do if I run out
of Waybills?
Ask your local StreetBiker for more waybills the
next time you see them. They are your local man/woman
on the block, so use them as such. Otherwise,
request them where indicated on the Client Side
and they will be sent to you the same day where
possible, if not, the next day.
